Brian Garlock, Founder

Brian Garlock (LCSW) is the founder and clinical director of Youth Health Associates, one of the largest and most respected clinical service providers in the state of Utah for juveniles with sexual misconduct.

For more than 20 years, Garlock has worked with at-risk youth to eradicate sexual abuse by providing therapy and mentorship in an empowering and respectful environment.

Garlock founded No More Victims after witnessing how underserved youth victims of sexual abuse are.

Mike Ostermiller

Mike has been a Shareholder/Partner in the law firm of Kyler, Kohler & Ostermiller since 2002. His practice focuses on legislative advocacy and government affairs. He also serves on a number of Boards including the Military Installation Defense Alliance (MIDA) (Appointed by Speaker of the House Brad Wilson), the State of Utah Affordable Housing Task Force (Appointed by Governor Gary Herbert), The Utah Land Use Institute and Encircle.

Mike lives in Utah with his wife and four children.

Daniel Summerhays

Daniel Summerhays played 15 years of professional golf and eight seasons on the PGA Tour. He graduated from BYU with a degree in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude, and was inducted into the BYU Sports Hall of Fame.

He has made a tremendous impact on the community as a coach and mentor. His proudest accomplishment is being a husband to his incredible wife and father to his four children.

Danny Eriksson

Danny Eriksson has spent most of his career focused in sales and building businesses. In 2001 Danny founded and ran Delta Financial Group. He successfully owned and operated this company for the next 8 years. In 2009 Danny was one of three partners who founded Wise Company Food Storage. They built a successful business that was sold in 2012 to a private equity firm. Danny joined Youth Health Associates in March of 2018 as President and part-owner.

Ashlee Hinds

Ashlee Hinds worked as the director of No More Victims for 3 years, creating marketing campaigns, generating funding, and building community partnerships. She is also the co-founder and race director of Utah's Women's Epic Race, a trail running event that has attracted partners like On Running, Subaru, Kodiak Cakes, and HyperIce. In 2021 Hinds was a recipient of the Utah Business 20 in their 20s, an award recognizing the state's up-and-coming talent. Hinds enjoys spending time outside with her husband hiking, hunting, and mountain biking.

Shayne Miller

Shayne Miller brings his finance expertise to help No More Victims succeed. He has a Masters of Accountancy and a Masters of Business Administration. Miller previously worked at US Bank, and Squire and Company. He currently works as a CFO/Controller for Youth Health Associates.

Mike Hanley

Michael (LCSW) is the Lead Clinician for Weber Human Services. His previous experience ranges from being Program Director at Snow Canyon Counseling and Center for Family Development to being a therapist at New Directions Counseling, Odyssey House, and Intermountain Specialized Abuse Treatment Center. He has been awarded the Utah Correctional Association Private Provider of the Year Award and been appointed on the Utah Sex Offender Task Force. Hanley’s work has impacted thousands of lives for the better.

John Taylor

John Taylor is the co-founder and CEO of Grit Companies. He graduated from BYU in April of 2018 with a Bachelors in Finance and has been a leader in the direct-to-home space for close to a decade. In 2024, John was inducted into the D2D Experts Hall of Fame.

John is from Kaysville, Utah and comes from a family of 11 kids. He has a beautiful wife and two young boys and is passionate about family and protecting human lives. 

Dr. Bret Marshall

Bret Marshall, MD graduated Summa Cum Laude from BYU and with honors from University of Utah School of Medicine. Bret's career has been spent working exclusively with adolescents in residential care. His clientele consists largely of multidimensionally impaired teens who have typically failed treatment in multiple settings. His clients come from backgrounds of physical, domestic, and sexual abuse. Bret is particularly pleased to be on the board of No More Victims after working with countless families with sexual abuse victims in the home who lack funding for treatment.

Alema Key

Alema brings 11 years of experience serving youth, place in a variety of care; Youth Shelter, Private Care, Community based placement, and Secure. In result, working with many different populations. Currently, Alema is the Director of Franchising Operations at a premier indoor pickleball facility, The Picklr. Aiding in the success of franchisee and maximizing revenue streams.

Alema graduated from Weber State in Health Administrative Services, while playing Middle Line Backer on the Weber State Football Team. Alema has a passion for helping others, seeing youth progress, and finding positive hobbies following treatment. Alema’s biggest motivation is his wife and 2 boys. He enjoys taking his family camping, fishing, snowboarding, hiking, and playing sports.

Jensen Korth

Jensen Korth is our current director of No More Victims. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, and background of being a tennis instructor to 80+ kids, she has strived to work in a field in which she strives for the health and betterment of the community.

Kathie Garlock

Kathie is a mother of seven and also a mother-figure to many youth in the Utah community.

She is a safe-haven and advocate for at-risk youth. She has helped propel the No More Victims movement forward for many years through her relentless efforts to create change and promote advocacy. Her mama-heart fights for all the youth victims of abuse in the community.

Madison Beckman

Madison Beckman played D1 soccer at Weber State University where she was awarded NCAA United Coaches All-Academic Team and graduated with her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Pre-Medicine. In 2025, she will be a board certified doctor/physician.

Beckman has served more than 1500 hours as a volunteer at food pantries, hospitals, and elementary schools. She has been an advocate for No More Victims since the beginning.
